Conference registration includes access to all conference sessions, including keynotes, plenary panels, paper and poster sessions, workshops, award programs, exhibitions/galleries, publisher booths, and virtual proceedings.

Registration is required by at least one author per submission for conference participation and publication in ARCC 2021 Conference Proceedings. Authors are permitted up to two submission (paper or poster) per registration, as primary and/or secondary author. Papers presented in VIRTUAL TUCSON will be included in the Conference Proceedings, and indexed by Google Scholar and OCLC WorldCat.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than April 1, 2021 to qualify for a refund, less a processing fee of $100.

Photo, Audio and Video Release Policy
As part of ARCC’s mission to share and disseminate architectural research, ARCC may record all or part of the events, including comments from speakers, panelists, and audience members. The materials, including still photographs, video and audio recordings, and associated transcripts, may be used by ARCC, without restriction, in press releases, websites, white papers, and similar materials. Conference participants acknowledge that they are in a public space and that attendees may capture images in photos and videos. ARCC encourages event participants to exercise common sense and good judgment, and respect the wishes of all attendees who do not wish to be photographed.
