ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN AT THE UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO BOULDER

The Program in Environmental Design (ENVD) invites applications for two full-time tenure-track faculty positions, at the Assistant Professor level, with an intended start date of fall 2023. ENVD at the University of Colorado Boulder (CU) is an interdisciplinary program where we explore the intersections of architecture, environmental product design, landscape architecture, urban design, and city and regional planning in order to address our world’s most pressing social and environmental issues.

Candidates must demonstrate potential for excellence and leadership in interdisciplinary scholarship and teaching related to the fields of environmental design (including architecture, environmental product design, landscape architecture, urban design, city, and regional planning, as well as interdisciplinary disciplines or adjacent fields). The scholarship may include evidence of, or potential for, nationally and internationally recognized publication, exhibition, community engagement, and other creative forms of impact. Ideal candidates will demonstrate potential for research fundraising.
