ARCC-EAAE 2022 will occur “during spring break” in the School of Architecture at FIU, when the campus population diminishes significantly. Many of the conference activities are planned to take place outdoors.
Registration is available starting November 1, 2021 through March 2, 2022. At the time of registering, please log into your ConfTool account at: https://www.conftool.net/arcc-eaae2022 and select “Register as Participant.” Those registering for the conference as ARCC or EAAE members should verify their institutional membership is currently active.

Conference registration includes access to all conference sessions, including keynotes, plenary panels, paper and poster sessions, workshops, as well as continental breakfasts, lunches, receptions and Friday night conference dinner, award programs, exhibition, publisher stations, and conference proceedings.
Registration is required by at least one author per submission for conference participation and publication in ARCC-EAAE 2022 Conference Proceedings. Authors are permitted up to two submissions (paper or poster) per registration, as primary or secondary author. Papers presented at the Conference will be included in the Conference Proceedings, and indexed by Google Scholar and OCLC WorldCat.
Graduate Students may apply for a Scholarship covering full registration cost. Application deadline: November 15, 2021. To apply, go to: ARCC-EAAE 2022 Graduate Student Scholarship Application.
Registration is ‘required’ in order to be published in the ARCC-EAAE 2022 Conference Proceedings.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than February 15, 2022 to qualify for a refund, less a processing fee of $100.
