
The latest issue of Enquiry is now available open-access. The five research articles span a useful range of approaches: a systematic, PRISMA-style review of AI in interior design education paired with a CIDA-aligned framework; a simulation-based analysis of outdoor thermal comfort in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital; a curriculum-gap analysis of sustainable design education in Indian architecture programs; a study of balcony use in Amman during COVID-19 lockdown; and a qualitative reading of atmosphere in dystopian cinema through the film Dark City.
For methods discussions, the issue offers a compact cross-section of design research strategies including systematic review, computational simulation, curricular evaluation, and interpretive analysis, all useful for examining how questions shape method selection.
